it shouldnt matter the circumstances, cheating is not right. however it does happen whatever the reasons. i do however see it as partially the mans fault, soldier or not, in some situations becuase they will meet a woman and the marry her in less than 6 months. this is without knowing her or very much about her and then get all pissed off when she cheats or leaves your sorry ass. i catch hell all the time cuz ive been with someone for 7 years and im not married yet. im only 25 and im just plain not ready to have my life completely controlled by someone. im my own fucking person and no man is going to tell me how to run my life.

in regards to major rapists-the ones that have been caught are yes men, its very hard and hard to believe that a man would be raped by a woman/women. however it does happen even if it doesnt get reported to the police.

in regards to serial killers-most of the infamous killers are in fact men. however there have been quite a few notorious serial killers that have been women.

I agree, that cheating on somebody while they’re away DEFENDING your country is simply horrible. Not bad enough that I think they deserve the death penalty. But in spite of all this I have to say that…

Its a little worse to rape a woman in the military dont you agree?

Because 90% of the women that join the military get raped. And they’re just trying to defend their country too so…

Ladies: If you’re bitching and moaning about this post, you’re a sorry person. I can’t tell you how many articles I’ve read about soldiers coming home after a life-changing experience, only to find that their wife had a baby with another man. This means that the husband not only has to assume responsibility for the child, but he then has to wait like, 6 years for her to lose the “baby weight”. Cheating of any kind is poor character, but to do something like that to your boyfriend/husband who is serving our country? Pathetic on a whole new level.

If you’re trying to make a case for women by saying that, you fail. Women in the Army don’t do nearly as much as the men do. Next to nothing is expected of them. What makes that much worse is their overblown sense of accomplishment. Being a woman in the Army somehow makes them so much more special than the men. They talk entirely too much about that (even when they’re no longer in the Army) and everything else.

A married female soldier couldn’t stay faithful if she tried. They let groups of guys run the train on them nightly and they seem to enjoy that kind of attention. They think the attention is brought on by the fact that they’re attractive, when in reality those guys are just desperate.

Anyhow, I just wanted to add my worthless opinion simply to say that I really liked the article above and I agree wholeheartedly. I think the death penalty would be too easy a sentence. I feel guilt when he’s away simply because I am able to sleep in a nice bed with a soft blanket. Fooling around? Just the thought of it is sickening.

And as an Army wife whose dear husband is currently deployed, I’d be a disgustingly dishonorable hypocrite to have made any untoward suggestion. Have to agree with you on the online dating/sex thing – it misses the point to attempt the extremely personal in such an impersonal venue.

Support – 100% – nothing less. This is what is expected of an Army Wife, so take your whining and stuff it, and honor your husband by caring for his family while he’s away. Honor him by putting your full support behind however long he has to be gone to accomplish the safety you and your family and this nation enjoy.
