Apparently, I’m some kind of psychologist wet dream.
Psychology has been pandering to women since it’s inception. I’m not going to argue that talking about your “feelings” won’t cure what ails you — even though it definitely won’t. That’s a debate for another time. I’ll simply say that getting a fucking job and driving a motorcycle at incredible speeds is more fun, proven more successful at improving your mood, and less dangerous to your Man Points.

5) I often see men in my practice who struggle with issues related to intimacy and commitment. I suspect you do as well. What do you believe is behind these difficulties?
“Issues” with intimacy and commitment are good things. I’m tired of this vagina-conspiracy targeting men and their perfectly honed instincts — which I call manstincts. “Intimacy” and “commitment” lead to one thing: marriage. Marriage is a 50/50 bet with everything a man owns — including any sex he may or may not be getting over the next ten years.
There should be neon signs in front of churches telling you to fuck off. A few emotional warning signs are your first line of defense against insanity.

Genuine “nice guys” (as opposed to the cockweasel phoney type who whom play on sympathy and other emotional horseshit to manipulate someone else’s girlfriend/spouse into sleeping with him,) don’t have the right personal currency to gain approval from her friends. Women treat such men as platonic jokes. Nor are they arsehole enough to arouse her. She’ll tear his heart out for caring about her and giggle with her friends about how he’s probably gay. Only “nice guy” that gets laid is the one with plenty of the most basic currency principle there is, cash. He is, however, the one who’ll be getting screwed long term, and not in terms of sexual favours. Enjoy your divorce settlement anyone that applies to, and in the meantime, DNA test your children if you have one of those cockweasel types as a “friend”.
Ah don’t say that. Just answer the question. How can women all be whores if they’re not putting out for all guys, including the “nice guys”. I mean, c’mon, we’d have to assume that the “nice guy” would be spending both time and money on her to buy her affection.
Perhaps she doesn’t put out for the “nice guy” because not only is she not a whore but because she cannot be bought.
That’s it, you know. Women don’t want to be bought, they just want men to see them for who they are. And who they are, are not whores. Perceive a woman as a whore and that is exactly how she’ll act. Perceive her as better than that and you’ll be rewarded. You guys fail at understanding women.

Strongest? You have to be kidding me if you believe natural selection applies to human beings. It’s stupid people that have reckless sex, get chained to the wrong person, have a billion kids with a billion different fathers/mothers, and are responsible for not raising the disrespectful kids I run into on a daily basis. It’s stupid and weaker people who shamelessly parade on Maury demanding child support. The stronger people are out there being more cautious and thinking about the consequences before they act, instead of living on welfare and being a burden on society. I worry about how the future will turn out sometimes with how Natural Selection isn’t the same with human beings.
Quitting would be those “Nice Guys” that kiss women’s asses and never get laid. These guys try to get into any woman’s pants regardless of her character but fail.
That sounds like quitting, to me.
Women are hard work, no doubt about that. They test us all and only the strongest prevail. It’s natural selection. Personally, I love rising to the challenge, makes me a better man.
If you will even dare touch teenage girl magazines, or hear how women talk about men in their little groups, you’ll hear encouragement on being a bitch, and constantly trying to turn a girl against her boyfriend. If you look at feminist sites, you’ll see far worse things against men than you do here. Due to how women are raised to believe that they’re victims, almost every women I know who came out of a Woman’s Studies class, started to hate men, or try to paint anything a man does as sexist. Even a lot of bi curious women I know and seen, only turned lesbian because of their hatred for men. Now THAT’s encouraging disrespect towards a gender.
Like BrokenJohnny implied, it’s the behavior of women that turn men against them. Not this guy’s site. Most people who get oxygen to their brain won’t believe something without proof or experience. The most this site is is for men to vent, share their experiences, and get a good laugh.
I’m guessing most of the men on this site, like myself, just expect women to be respectful and well, human. A reasonable expectation most people may have of everyone. However most women they’ve encountered in their lives were likely to be the extreme opposite of that. That’s my experience anyway.
I don’t know if we’re looking at the same site, or if you’re just taking a shot of how everyone here “portrays” men, but so far, you’re the only one looking at a few posts and making every man here out to be a controlling woman-hater.
If everyone here is an asshole, as you kindly put it, then none of us would be here, reading, or posting about our negative experiences. Assholes don’t give a damn about sincere relationships or would care enough to angry, and would be offline screwing women over instead.

I add my two cents to that Jon. The men here are fighting a common cause - The Male Liberation front. Everything that is being said is done in the hopes of awakening the minds of more young mind and unwash their feminist indoctrinated beliefs of “equality”. Very valuable, and educated post. You no doubt know exactly what you are talking about. This is not praise, mind you. It is what is expected of you as a man. If you made any less sense, I would brand you a woman, or at least a man in need of some heavy drinking.
You are correct. Women are not always horrible, worthless, evil whores. They just do that when they are in public scenarios, or around friends, on TV or anyplace where people are watching. I’ve no doubt that many women are just peachy when there’s no one around to watch them. Keep in mind though, they do have a reputation to keep up.
In all seriousness though bud, this site has a bias. It has since I’ve been here, probably did before, and will continue to be in the future. You make very valid points, but your spreading them to an audience that probably doesn’t care. This is the men’s locker room, and we say what we want in here.
Fortunately, this is a MAN’s locker room, so we are faaaar more open to logic than our counterparts (and I use that term lightly). We will dissect what you say, don’t worry about that. However, men talk about women badly, because they do bad things. If there are good women out there, they are few and far between… and I havn’t the time or inclination to try and find them. I can only form opinions based on what I’ve experianced, however little. So far, my experiance is telling me that Dick is 100% right.
Doesn’t a bigger man find solutions to problems? First the problems must be identified.
Rational? When the problem is like an elephant in your living room why would you describe it like a mouse? Which would require the most help to remove, a stubborn elephant or tiny mouse?
Women don’t offer rides in cars some man gave them.

First off you guys need to calm down.
I may be young but if it´s anything I learned in life is that you have to do everything in moderation.
My instinct tells me as an fairly objective non-biased young male that 70% of what Dick proposes is true to either a sub-conscious or non-conscious extent, those of which are supported by verifiable evidence in genetic and studies regarding human behavior and instinct.
HOWEVER.
Dick is not the only person you should be listening to. It´s not likely that 100% of women are like this, at least intentionally.
When it comes down to it humans in general are scum bags, be them women, men and regardless of culture or location or appearance.
To say that women are ALL the sources of our problems is a bit sketchy and presumptious.
But to propose that they do perpetuate useless, outdated, ancient customs, perspectives, viewpoints and habits is entirely correct.
A give and take is needed.
I am pretty much new to this site since about yesterday morning. And after contemplating some of the facets and bringing them to a sober perspective Dick has strong arguments that are rooted in common sense.
However, they are rooted in tradtions, habits and annoying customs which we may not follow according to our own will.
As Aristotle and other Greeks suggested, we need to ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS.
Instead of just giving up and accepting this bullshit we need to make an effort in our everyday lives to change it.
Granted women are a pain in the ass sometimes (Let´s face it, MOST times…)
But we as humans have the power to EVOLVE.
I suggest something along the lines of what another poster said on another comment to one of the other articles.
As I was looking at the annoying ants in the corner of my room one morning I realized that they follow pre-set instructions, and it wasn´t really their fault that they happened to wander into my room, it was my fault for giving them a reason to come in the first place… (eating on my bed, being a slob and dropping crumbs everywhere.)
Yet as soon as I ceased eating in my room (better yet not bringing food within 3 feet of my room for extra caution), there was the occasional ¨scouter¨ ant or two but nothing serious.
The same goes for women. If you throw crumbs to a homeless kitty cat everyday, it will continue to come back to your house even if you don´t happen to have food. If you ignore it and go about your way, it will do the same and ignore you as well.
Women are similar to cats in some ways, and typically any man that owns and are able to take care of (much less tolerate) cats are probably good in dealing with women as well.
This stuff hasn´t got me laid much, I´ll be honest, but then again I haven´t had a psycho bitch try to kill me in the last 6 months either, so I can´t complain!
