Apparently, even that is not good enough for Ms. Douche because next she actually grabs the dude and attempts to assault him.
This “dude” happens to be a cop so you could imagine what happened next. Ms. douche is eating cement whilst waiting to be taken to jail. Radical feminists do NOT seek equality of everyone in society, otherwise why do they fight so hard to declare that unborn children do NOT constitute human life? They would protect a woman from the consequences of her own actions, at the expense of the life of another.
Radical feminism would also completely negate the role of men in the family, hence the mindset that a woman does not need a man in her life to raise a child. Granted, there are circumstances where that choice is unavoidable, but the way our society is today women are becoming completely indifferent to the ramifications of unstable, fatherless homes on their children. Multiple divorces, moving from home to home, and an endless succession of boyfriends for their mother and girlfriends for their father. New kids from these new marriages, pushing aside the older children in order to start a new life.
Radical feminism cries wolf at the drop of a hat. Look at the Duke rape case, where at the word of one woman (and no evidence) three men were lynched by their community, and the media at large. They were assumed to be guilty simply because they were young white men.
This is not equality between the genders. As with any radical group, this is the few seeking power at the expense of the many, by convincing their special interests group that the only way they can achieve the freedom they desire is to tear down the rights of others.
As I have stated earlier, there is a profound difference between feminism, and radical feminism.

Just a quick clarification, Kelly: there is a difference between an equity-feminist and a radical (also called gender) feminist. An equity feminist is one who wants equality for all the sexes, and authors have opinined that most women in the USA could accept this view. I think Susan B Anthony is an example of an equity feminist. A radical feminist is someone who thinks women are better then men and seeks to promote women before men in society. Some examples are Andrea Dworkin (now dead), Catherine McKinnon, and I think Naomi Wolf and Susan Faludi. Many of them have positions in academia.
I think the complaints of most men on this site is when women are promoted ahead of men and they are though to be superior beings to men. I would like to think that most men of western culture support true equality for the sexes.

Then that is probably one of the most amusing things I’ve heard lately. At this point, I’ve stated several times that I do not agree with the generalizations on this website. However, (1) there are women who fall into these catagories, and (2) men also have legitimate complaints about how they have been treated by women, and how our society has become today.
Radical feminism assumes that there is a no-fault policy for women, that we are free to act in whatever manner we so choose, regardless of how others may face the consequences of our actions. By that thinking, the nuclear family has become torn apart, and the ramifications are spreading through every section of our society. Feminism in and of itself is not wrong, but what radical feminism seeks is not equality between genders, but instead that the scales are tipped permanently in favor of women.
So, my question is now, would you then take that woman who does not agree with how you feel the world should be, and reeducate her? Put her through intensive therapy, reprogram her mind? After all, if she doesn’t fall into line, then there must be something quite wrong with her, so you would only be acting in her best interests.

Thanks Lynn. Every day when I go to the library or any other public place, the mothers are always looking at books or whatever they want to buy with their husband’s money. The children usually complain and want their mother’s attention, “mommy this, I need to go potty, etc.” The response is always the same. I’m busy. Wait for a minute.
Busy? You are supposed to be busy parenting! First the bring their loud kid into a place that is supposed to be quiet, and they ignore them while the read a romance novel or cookbook.
Whenever a child is in a place with their father, the first thing he does is hush the child (shhhh…) and goes to the place where the child wants to go (dr seuss, toys, etc.) The dad might pick up something to entertain him on his way to the kiddy section, or not. He might have fun spending time with his hid.
Try it yourself. Go to the post office, or whereever, and watch the differences. The kindergarten/elementary school years should be spent having fun. The child shouldn’t be ignored or brushed aside.

Addressing the work/ family thing, I think where women really got off track is the idea that it is possible to do both things well at the same time. Although it is true, anything is possible, putting your child into daycare when they are only six weeks old, then working full time, means that in reality you only spend maybe a 2-3 hours per workday with your child, and weekends. That means someone else is raising your child, or more specifically, they are usually competing with several other children during the day for adult attention. Some get a nanny, true, but that still leaves someone else raising your child during the formative years.
Having two incomes is nice, but having money for things that really aren’t that important pales in comparison to having a healthy, happy child and family. Granted, it requires budgeting and discipline, but it is quite possible. Plus, once the kids get old enough to start school, then you have time to work again.
Having kids shouldn’t be something you do because everyone else is doing it, and kids aren’t a thing that can be brought out and put away again when it’s conveinant.
It’s not about being oppressed, it’s about being responsible.

Something that always cracks me up about feminism is the vaunted ‘right to work’… the upper middle class feminists always assumed this meant clearing six figures as a Doctor or Lawyer, not clearing tables at McDonald’s (the reality for most women). Frankly, it sounds like some radical feminsits got to you. i know you dont like to read, but Christina Hoff Summers book “Who stole feminism?” is excellent to describe some of the gross exagerations of abuse and oppression that radical feminsits have made, including an exageration of the incidence of anorexia, and propunding the lie that women are more likely to be beaten on super bowl day, etc. As to why Im on this site, Ill leave you with one of my recent posts. First off, I accept this site as satire: gross exaggerations with a vein of truth to make a point. I personally don’t believe that all women are cheating whores, and I would like to think that most other posters/readers here don’t as well. Additionally, I have heard from other posters that there are many other men bashing sites that are about as extreme as this one.
For me, there are positives and negatives about this site. A negative is that a woman-hating philosophy might sink into me. But there has been one great positive, which is this: I used to blame myself completely for my difficulties with women, and to some degree this was because of me accepting the misandrogenous view advanced by the media that women were superior emotional beings, and men are relative idiots. The site has helped me realize that my difficulties with women may not be completely my fault, and that not all women are sugar-and-spice. The site has built some independence for me to go on through life with interest and excitement, possibly without having a woman in my life. The feeling of independence, of feeling that I don’t have to sacrifice my personality, independent thinking, and logic to the emotions of women to keep them happy, is refreshing. Obviously, I cannot allow this to go so far to the point where I am being offensive to women and hurting their feelings in everyday life (at least for me), but the shot of independence to move through life without women is exactly what I, and maybe other men might need right now.
As for your comments about objectification of women, I would like to say one thing. In a perfect world, all of use would like to be evaluated on personality alone. Unfortunately, for men and women, this will never happen–I came to this horrible realization when I was about 14 yrs old that for women, being likable was not enough to excite them as a potential mate. Women have special needs to get that instinctual urge to mate with a particular man, and so do men with women–unfortunately, whether you like it or not, looks with women plays a major role. Although I think its important to be as sensitive as possible to women (and equally to men), I don’t think women should make any attempt to feminize male sexual attraction. In other words, that we should find personality alone to sexually attractive, no matter what a womans weight is, or lousy, unhealthy habits are. Certainly many women seem to care if men make a decent age or not.

Dick is great, but there is no reason to keep listening to the same woman saying the same thing, over and over. It creates the mental picture of a line of bowling pins that speak. Do they bowl quite a bit below the Mason Dixon Line?
