You do realize that IQ tests do not actually measure intelligence right? As a psychology major I know this first hand, especially from taking psychology history courses. They were created in times of recruitment for war and figuring out mental retardation.
BUT, if you would like an explanation for why men score higher it could most likely be because men have more of an opportunity to attend university (and recieve other such types of higher education) than women because they do not have to worry about such things as giving birth and childrearing, etc.

There is NO EVIDENCE men are smarter or better, or whatever else you want to dream up, than women.
The sooner you realize it, the sooner you can move on with your life and stop being so pathetic.
