You do realize that IQ tests do not actually measure intelligence right? As a psychology major I know this first hand, especially from taking psychology history courses. They were created in times of recruitment for war and figuring out mental retardation.

BUT, if you would like an explanation for why men score higher it could most likely be because men have more of an opportunity to attend university (and recieve other such types of higher education) than women because they do not have to worry about such things as giving birth and childrearing, etc.

For someone claiming to be a psychology major you sure don’t know shit about IQ tests.

Every corporation in America today looks like this:

Executive: All men and one token women (either from a top school or who sucked and fucked).
Middle Management: Over 90% women.
Workers: All men in jobs of necessity, with some women or gay guys in secretarial jobs.

The reason is that corporations are required to hire women (at least the handicap is applied equally). Productivity is king, so women are always slotted into middle management where both the executive board and laborers can say “what a great report”, and then simply ignore the conclusions and recommendations and get back to work after the meeting. Unfortunately, many of these women are earning very high salaries because they are managers, putting further drain on company resources.

HP’s CEO was a women and now all the HP products (printers, scanners, computers, etc…) go through a zillion self-checks every time you require something of them, and they’re always breaking down… just like a women.

The average man had a lengthy injury absence every so many years. Not only would no woman have accepted such a job, but the neighbors would have lynched any man who told his wife to apply for such a job.

Ignorant and stupid men and women today judge history by what they see today. Jobs in those days were simply beyond the capacity of most women, as strong as most women were then. Today, when women sit around nice, a/c offices, wearing their Victoria’s Secret underwear, they really believe there was an evil discrimination against women in the workplace in those days.

One reason why men earn more is that men will take dangerous jobs women will not do. Deep sea welding is dangerous, and so demanding it leaves men finished by 35. It pays well, but what do people expect for those risks? The minimum wage? I don’t see women signing up for that … don’t think I ever will, either.
