It happens, and when it does we men don’t care about it. We don’t care about it so much that women don’t care about it either. Look at Vigo Mortensen. Women love him and he’s ugly as shit.
It’s too bad no women can say the same.
Men are better than women at being ugly. For example, when you see an ugly man, what do you see? I’m seriously asking here. I’m so manly I can’t tell the difference between ugly men and good looking ones — but I bet you can’t either. Here’s why.
Men are masters of distraction. When men are ugly, they buy a really great car or get filthy rich. Bam. No one can tell the difference. Peg leg or yellow teeth? Learn an instrument or become a phenomenal cocksmith. That’s man instinct for you: man-stinct, and we’ve been doing it that way since the first man stuck a shard of ivory through his oversized nose. Women, however, are want for man-stincts.
When women are ugly, they do three of three things: get horrendously fat, get horrendously loud, and become feminists. Seriously, women are as good at distracting people from their glaring ugly-deficiencies as a mule would be blending in at a penguin day care center — and I’m talking about nuns there, not actual penguins.

I really like the contrast between Dick’s feature above, which lambasts ugly women, and the recent forum post and discussion on women/cosmetic surgery.
In this forum, most men, including Dick, agreed that women change their physical appearance, because they want to (or something, who knows, they never actually clearly specified why, other than to imply, it has nothing to do with men….and so too, I guess, nothing to do with men’s opinions on their public dislike and criticism of ugliness).

Much of feminism is blind hate, with no thought as to the people it hurts. As to wolfes comment, I am in agreement, with him. Feminism gives no thought to equality, for if it did, it would be called humanism. There is something to be said about the love between a man and a woman, it is apparent that many of these “feminists” haven’t had that in a long time if at all.

In the forum thread I was referring to, you didn’t mention anything at all about it being good business for women to change their appearance. Your post was that you completely agreed with the previous poster, who said,

So. You both believe women change their appearance due to the influence of other women, effectively absolving the influence men actually have.
You deny responsibility and place all blame on women, just so you can justify making comments like, ugly bitch, fugly mole, whatever, denying the realistic consequences of perpetuating this sort of abusive, pigeonholing of women and/or feminists. You probably then complain when every women you pick up in a bar turns out to have rock hard ta ta’s. I’m no feminist, but even I can see this is basic chauvinism.

Female, I am the “previous poster” to whom you are referring. Yes, we believe women change their appearances primarily because of pressure from other women. Do I believe that “absolves” men (not speaking for Dick here)? Nope. Why you’d erect such a straw man argument is beyond me.

One of the oftentimes overlooked cardinal sins of feminism is that it can take an otherwise attractive girl and turn it into a hag. But the inherent problem is that while several different ‘versions’ of the feminist movement exist; gender, radical, ifeminist and etc.; the truth is that equity feminism is really in the minority. When radical man-haters like Andrea Dworkin are endorsed by self-professed equity feminists like Gloria Steinem it’s not hard to see why feminism is viewed as a hate movement.
While you may truly believe that feminism is about equality, and that if men had fewer rights there would be equity sought for them — in doing so you completely dismiss any and all problems that are specific to men. Further, “affirmative action” laws and “equal opportunity” show a complete disregard for men. Women like you continue to spew bullshit rhetoric about unequal pay. Of course, this has been debunked by folks like Warren Farrell and Marty Nemko (using the very same statistics supplied by feminsts I might add). In fact, in my opinion when you dismiss men’s issues altogether it shows how gynocentric and what a huge female supremacist you really are.
In fact according to the equity clause of the 14th Amendment in the US Constitution, affirmative action and “equal opportunity” should be considered discriminatory and unconstitutional. I’ll concede that women once had a raw deal. However, now American woman are some of the privileged individuals in the world. Seriously, what can’t a woman do in America, that a man can do?
