I can't believe this. The stupid daughter(who is a single mom) couldn't pass her GED; she skipped school during her high school studies. This is why the father is in Jail for 6 months. Well the thing is, the daughter was living with her mother at the time!!! If this guy doesnt' get out of jail, he will lose his job. What the fuck dude!

no, i get it. the father is being punished while the daugher wasn't in his care at all. the daughter was in the mother's care, therefore the mother should be punished if anyone gets punished at all.

i heard it on the news yesterday and i think it's ludicrous.

i could type an entire paragraph about all the different reasons why it's ludicrous, but i'll leave it at that.

If the judge was going to impose a sentence for deliquency of a minor, it should have been done when she was a minor. Not wait two years. An adult cant be ordered to go to school or get a GED.

Even though the kid was put in his care she lived with the mom. I don't care what a piece of paper said, that should have been taken into consideration.
