there is a tinge of truth in this. it is said that girls mature earlier though when boys do mature, there is a more dramatic change as they mature in a shorter period of time. I am in college, the guys the beating the girls.
Another fun fact is, at high school girls do better then boys (feminized) but when they get into collage, the boys get smarter then the girls, and this carrys on throughout life, this is because at high school age, boys havnt fully developed, whereas girls have (into bitches)

While i like submissive women too, you can’t explain a woman anything. In most cases it’s like talking to a door. They simply don’t care what is true - they only care what has emotional value.
