Let my try to explain this as simply as possible: The only reason she was “awarded” with one third of the prize, is because the Nobel Award Awarding Council saw and recognized that Marie Curie was sure to seek some sort of shallow congratulatory award to make her feel good about her inferior intellect, and to avoid the wrath of undoubtedly cranky feminists, decided to award her with far more than was her fair share, (further demonstrating the greater compassion of men) if only to shut her undeserving and cum-slicked lips for but a brief second.

You see, men do not seek psychological validations for scientific advances he has made. A man knows when he has done well for fellow man, and requires no trophy to commemorate it. I will admit however, that trophies make excellent doorstops.
