Are you insinuating that the CIA knew about the 9/11 attacks and allowed them to happen, which would have made the attacks a false flag, or that they somehow fucked up? Either way, the fact that the CIA made mistakes does not invalidate the information in their World Factbook. I would expect a government agency to have better research abilities and access to information than the average Joe or the village idiot. CIA World Factbook is better than Wikipedia!

As to the article you linked to, I have read it. Nowhere in the article did it say that 15% of Britons are illiterate. The article did say that a large minority of the English population struggle with basic literacy and numeracy skills, but that is not quite the same as being completely illiterate (unable to read and write). One in five would not know how to look up a plumber in the Yellow Pages, one in three would be unable to figure out the area of a room. There is a significant difference between being unable to read and able to read but unable to do so well.

Notice that the article mentions “more or less problems with literacy and numeracy,” not a lack. Literacy/illiteracy statistics test whether or not people can read or write at all. Were you actually illiterate we would be spared from your nonsense.
