Criminal law was an absolute joke when we got to rape. The women were all busy bleating that any man accused of rape must have been guilty, because women don’t want to report rape because of stigma and all men are rapists, and women are scared when they walk around at night. Please don’t blame me for the non-sequitors there, I’m just transcribing what I heard in class…in that same nonsensical string. When any man would mention rules of evidence and legal theories, he’d get shouted down and accused of being a rapist. When a sane female (I know, but we must give the 1% credit and acknowledge them, or else we are no better than the feminists and their universals, well, slightly better, since atleast we wait for a super-majority instead of just lying, but you get the point) would dare use logic, she’d get shouted down and the feminazis would laugh and mock her, claiming she is raped during sex or some other nonsense. Some of these women will no doubt go on to be prosecutors for rape “crimes”, so it will only continue. You can see a clear distinction in the manner that rape is handled as opposed to all other crimes in casebooks and commentaries. I was thinking of writing an e-mail to Duncan Idaho when this happened, but I chose not to since it is rather pointless. That’s another man rule: we don’t say things just to say it whenever we want to, we contribute when it would be pertinent and is logically related to the subject discussed at hand.

As for a more historical look, one of my professors actually mentioned the changes in the legal field. He said it got more hostile, deceitful and manipulative in the last 20 years. Hmm…that seems to line up nicely, and we all know which sex brings that type of thing into everything they do. Law was about justice and civilly settling disputes truthfully in the past, now it’s about geed (follow the dollar) and winning by simply annoying the other person as much as possible (Rule 11 FRCP abuse, Discovery abuse, etc.). You’re forced to constantly play politics in the court room and out of the court room, where before you went to work to just do your work. Anyone that’s ever worked with women knows how much nonsense and drama they create in order to make work as miserable as possible. The problem is I don’t see how this will ever be fixed. Many intelligent people recognize a problem in the legal field, but either they don’t know what causes it or are too scared to mention it, and everyone knows we probably can’t just do the simple solution: kick women out of any and all of the legal system.
