One in Three Women is Illiterate

Sometimes the statement men are better than women leaves me wanting a little more in the flavor of substance. It’s not often. Like all men, the shortcomings of women are something I’ve learned to accept and move on. However, occasionally we men need to re-evaluate. We need more than rational hypothesizing and logical conjecture. We need facts for the why’s and how’s.

I pose this as a formal theory. Men are better than women at everything because something like 30% of women are illiterate.

Sounds shocking doesn’t it? But really, when do women need to read? Numbers don’t count as reading, so illiteracy does not impede women from writing checks or measuring all the progress they’re not making while they’re not working out at the gym.

Before I get too ahead of myself let me quote some statistics. UNICEF and UNESCO say that two out of every three illiterates is a woman. They give the world-wide feminine literacy rate in the sixtieth percentile, while the male literacy rate towers above that number at nearly 90%. I think you’ll agree that that’s plenty of numerical majesty to spare.

Initially, when I saw the figures I thought to myself, maybe that’s why women are so shitty at everything. Just like the kid who is really shitty at baseball and then it turns out he just needed some glasses. Maybe women just need to learn how to read.

Then I realized the writing on the walls of every cluster fuck women are about to step into is only metaphorical writing. They also don’t need to be able to read to shut the hell up every once in a while and listen when something other than Oprah or an appliance that resembles Oprah is dispensing sound life advice.

Perhaps instead of Easy Bake Ovens and Barbie Dolls this Christmas, mothers should be buying their daughters Hooked on Phonics.

Hey Clitn. Are you a boy or a girl? I know CLINTON is a boy name, which or name sounds like. But if you switched two letters around, your name would be CLINT. Which is a slang term for a woman’s “Camel Toe”

Just wondering

How amusing the little ladies are! Like children.

Personally, I can’t wait for the day women (re)invent fission reactors, fusion reactors, the bourke internal combustion engine, the Pattakon puling rod internal combustion engine, the Wankel rotary internal combustion engine, three phase electric power and motor, alternative current power networks, electrical condensers and capacitors, logic gateway, massively parallel specialised computing, neural network modelling algorithms for artificial intelligence, petroleum refinement through thermal cracking, fuel combustion catalysation, exhaust gas recirculation…

I think you get the picture.

A man’s world indeed.

Damned glass ceilings!

Btw, Effing pot, I know that it was an old post but I cannot allow this blatant show of verbal faeces to remain as an affront to all that is true.

myths and facts about the differences between men and women

http://www.megafoundation.org/Genius/GenderCognition.htm

Please, note, 90% if not ALL the articles were written by feminists and numerous articles are poor examples of women being better.

Let me take a few: Women as better investors? Fucking bullshit, prove that if you can. The top 10 bankers in wall street are men, the top 10 richest people are men. What the fuck? I wont start on better economic growth. Thats nonsense. I say… if a company has to choose between paying money for NOT hiring women or to actually hire women, I say they should just pay the money and count their fucking blessings.

Women are better at maths? Not true. Women STUDY harder but men generally outperform better. Take away all that feminist crap. In schools, guys pwn women in maths and sciences though I admit that we men do lose out in areas like literature etc but the top science students are male. I dont know how they conjure these statistics. Wonderland?

This is sheer classic though “Women make great managers”. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That article was written by then again, a women. I have you note that 75% of women feel otherwise and feel better with men in charge. Dick has the stats somewhere on this site. Go read and come back. In my country, 95% prefer a men at the helm and label women managers as petty, emotionally unstable and paranoid. so, please, stop throwing some trashy stats here and pretend that they actually mean something. They fucking dont.

I dont have time to refute all the points but let me put it this way, men may not be the one scoring the best test results but they definitely have the drive, the commitment and the passion to excel. Leadership is a man’s thing. Watch 300? Yeah. Life is not all about grades and studying. Men understand that. They rather play a game, understand the uses of the computer than actually bother so much about grades. These may seem fairly useless things but many a time, I see a group of men playing a ball game say soccer, enjoying.. teaming up.. like a brotherhood. That is what gets them to places on top. Men know that we can count on our fellow men, women dont. They backstab you in a jiffy.

Gabriella, I shall answer your question.

I think highly of my mother. She cooks, has a job and knows her place. She doesnt try to pretend that there is equality or hail the virtues of her gender. On countless occasions, she has warned me about the shrewdness and deceptive(bitchy) nature of women and on all counts, she agrees that men are better than women.

If I have a daugher, I raise her well. I treat her equal to my son though I make sure I tell her to respect men and only then will she be respected in kind. I wont hit her but I will also not give her any “special rights” that she thinks she should have. I am fine with equality, true equality not the half baked cake the feminists yell for. Can YOU understand that, or are you overly deluded?

That I miss my father greatly.

Try for a son or reconcile myself with going to dust along with my name and pride, probably without honour as well.

most species wouldn’t be endangered if it wasn’t for mankind’s effects on nature. Take polar bears as a prime example, within 5 - 10 years they’ll probably be extinct unless in a zoo

@Female: Nonsense. Care to publish a prediction and back your words with money? It’s a charitable cause, too, and you can even name some crazy feminist organization as the beneficiary if you win.

From toddlers killing themselves with a dometic firearm to having such lack of inspiration or clairvoyance as to choose a fatidic flight, like USAir Flight 427, or to fly with the Kennedies.

@Sony Assuming the unfortunate toddler is the natural child of the people he or she is living with, I’d say the first case is indeed natural selection. Parents who can’t, don’t or won’t handle their guns safely in homes with children are probably better off not reproducing, from a perspective of natural selection.

Flying (or driving) with the Kennedys is a similar affair. Quite apart from the drinking, it’s by now very apparent that the family likes taking serious risks, and many members seem to think they are invulnerable.

As for choosing a particular airline flight, no, that’s not generally natural selection unless you’re flying with, say, MIAT.

Female. Stopping irresponsible overhunting and having the human decency to kill something before skinning it is one thing.

Spending ludicrous amounts of money on veterinarian services, dogwashes, petrestaurants and other likewise bullshit, including saving the polar bears, while this is going all too much and all too often around the globe is despicable, to put it mildly.

How people choose to spend their money is their business. That said, if you live in a relatively wealthy country, and you’re spending more on pets than you are on charitable donations, including most certainly combating hunger in the third world, you probably have a very skewed sense of priorities.

*sigh* of course poverty is awful but you need to consider that extinction above the rates of what would naturally occur effects every other animal in the food chain - which includes you, all the people happily stuffing their faces around the world and the ones who are starving.

If you think it is feasible to ignore the extinction of animal species simply because they aren’t human then you need to reread your science on interdependence.

I’d happily do all the remaining polar bears in, swear allegiance to Bush, Wayne LaPiere and Newt Gingrich, run Ted Kennedy over and even fuck the daylights out of Ann Coulter today, if it would ‘end world hunger’, as the petty pretty ladies are so fond of saying, tomorrow.

Let’s hope the man in sonyad’s video dies a horribly painful death like bone cancer, without access to painkillers. That seems morally fair, or is someone going to argue that animals don’t actually feel pain?

‘Although there are people suffering in poverty, huge donations are made to protect endangered species’.

That would perhaps be because of a little known concept known as the food chain, as well as the fact that most species wouldn’t be endangered if it wasn’t for mankind’s effects on nature. Take polar bears as a prime example, within 5 - 10 years they’ll probably be extinct unless in a zoo, for I very much doubt that within these short years they are going to be able to evolve for the purposes of natural selection.
