However, with that being said, many of your arguments are based on the fact that men are physically stronger than women which pretty much makes them void. All the gender separated sports teams and olympic sports examples you gave are void. I never said men aren’t better than women in sports. As for how women were repressed for so long and why we did nothing about it, think about it. The same thing happened for hundreds of years with slaves. Slaves were made up of BOTH genders yet it took them hundreds of years to finally free themselves. And even after that, in the case of African American slaves, they still did not recieve equal rights. That took more work and more time.

The same basic idea applies to why women were repressed for so long in certain societies. When you don’t have power whether it be physical or political, etc it’s much harder to rise up and take control.

And since women were lacking in rights and respect by society, it wouldn’t have been exactly easy for them to provide the same contributions. I mean, when people think you’re only good for making babies and making sandwiches, who’s going to listen to your philosophical/scientific insights? Had we been on equal standings from the beginning of time, women would have contributed just as much as men. Your statistics are going back to before women were taken seriously or respected for their intelligence.
