Three Times the Lady, Once Times the Whore
Myself and every other man on Earth have been saying it for years: alimony is fucked — and it’s extremely sexist.
But wait, what about this?
Did you know you’re liable for child support if you knock some slut up who lies about being on the pill and then doesn’t want to have an abortion because of some ridiculous shit like she suddenly has “principles” or because her mother didn’t abort her? Well you are liable for that cash cow and it’s the biggest croc of shit and injustice that could ever be imagined.
First of all, honey, you don’t do everything your mother does because you don’t swallow. And secondly, where were all these magic, money-sucking principles while you were on your back enjoying the greatest hour and a half of your life? Perhaps you were praying to a different, more easy-going God at that point — or maybe God was half as drunk as you and not paying attention. I doubt it.
Thanks to American Superman Matt Dubay, the black hole of injustice feminist blowhards and the dumbest women on Earth call “taking responsibility” will soon be put straight — as straight as a shotgun or a bunch of cowboys or every single picture frame that any man has ever hung anywhere. Men are master hangers, whereas women are merely masters at hanging onto a free ride.
A lawsuit, rightly dubbed, “Roe vs. Wade for Men”, has been filed by Mr. Dubay and the Nation Center for Men, which seeks the obvious:
Women and Child Support: Fuck You!
Whatever you think about abortion, in America it’s not illegal when it’s not illegal and that’s the bottom line — or the Man Line because that’s the line we men walk at all times. You know what else isn’t illegal in America (at least at the moment)? Eating a Snickers bar. If someone offers you a Snickers bar and you don’t want it, and then they turn out to win like a plasma TV or some jet skis in the wrapper, you’re not entitled to shit! Abortions are exactly the same.
Roe v. Wade for Men claims that since men have absolutely no choice in deciding whether a fetus is unconceived (aborted) or given up for adoption after birth, they have no legal responsibility to pay for the goddamn thing.
Is this Law for the Retarded: 101? Of fucking course that’s true. Look, here’s how the court proceedings will go:
“Have you motherfuckers ever heard of No Taxation Without Representation!?”
No, I’m joking. You can’t say motherfuckers in court.
“Your honor, guess what. If you go rent a car and opt not to tell them you’re blind, you can’t go wrecking around town like a carom and then drop a damage bill off at the car rental place with their newly renovated Renault Peugeot that now has two missing wheels and new fucking Delorean doors. It’s not their problem. It’s yours. Case closed.”
The Honorary Man of the Month for March is Matt Dubay’s lying slut of an ex-girlfriend — we’ll call her Slutarella; who is about to be thrown under the proverbial bus of her fucking lifetime in the name of men’s rights. Not equality for men man-mind you, but men’s rights. Men seeking equality is like Robert De Niro auditioning for a Star Wars film.
It’s beneath him.

You’re absolutely right, Dan. Women’s claim that men don’t and won’t take responsibility in such situations is a mirror into their own selfish vices.

Like Dick said, regardless of your stance on abortion, it’s legal now. I also have reservations about the laws as they stand now, but that’s a discussion for another time.
Of course I agree with you in principal, but the problem is that it’s the kid who’s going to suffer the most. Women can’t even balance a checkbook and now we’re going to ask them to estimate how much of a financial burden a child is going to be? A woman doesn’t care who it effects, she’s doing what she wants no matter what and no one’s going to tell her differently; innocent child be damned.
The reason the laws are the way they are now is because 90% of the time the women underestimates what it’s going to take to raise the child, and that’s where the men come in. Mark my words, even if men weren’t legally responsible, most of the time they would make sure that the kid is getting what it needs. Although I’ve never had to pay child support myself, I’m sure the reason for most delinquencies is because the father doesn’t think the money is going to the child.
Like when your 6 year old REALLY wants a pet and PROMISES to take care of it every day, the adult ends up taking care of it after a couple weeks. The adult is not going to let the pet suffer just because a 6 year old overestimated her ability to care for it.
Perhaps the movement is making some head-way. I’ve noticed we havn’t had any unwanted intrusions from the chicas. Yes, I said unwanted because that’s exactly what they are no matter how desprately the need for attention fools them into thinking the oposite.
I agree wholeheartedly, even if he doesn’t win his case I think that he as done a great deal for mens rights as a whole. The blatant sexism of feminism is starting to be seen by society and realized for what it is, a hateful ideology.
“We men don’t have to kill someone to cover for a mistake.”
That’s an awesome line. I’m getting a poster for that one.
You’re certainly right about the “fatties”, jeff.

Matt Dubay is an unsung hero. Someone should have stood up for men a long time ago regaurding this issue. I wonder how many women would have avoided having their illegitimate children if they knew they werent going to be able to sucker the man for some child support. I’ll tell you one thing, there would be alot less post pregnancy fatties out there.
I have to weigh in on this one….
As a pro-lifer, I am torn. Personally, I believe abortion should be illegal, except for protecting the mother’s life. This is where I am in total agreement with the abortion restrictions, in the state of South Dakota.
As a men’s right advocate Matt Dubay’s case, resonates with me on so many other levels. I do believe that if a mother can decide, whether or not to be a mother, the man should be able to decide to be a father. This includes not only parental responsibility, but financial as well.
Before this case came to light, I was mulling over something in regards to this. For all those feminists who claim that it is about true equality, I propose this. The woman can decide whether or not to abort the baby. However, men can decide whether or not to be a father. He is not financially liable to the child, and the man gives up all parental rights in the process.
But here is the kicker that is going to drive the feminuts crazy. If the man opts out to be the father, and the woman decides even then to have the baby. She cannot recieve any federal, state, or local government assistance. Since women claim to be so much better than us men, then being a Mom and providing for the baby wouldn’t be hard at all. Hell, I keep hearing that you women don’t even need us. How come you need us to provide you with child support then??!!
“God but do I love a good shot of hypocrisy, early in the morning!”
I can’t wait to start talking about this lawsuit in various other manly venues. I heard about it last night on the news.
This appeals especially to my pro life principles, and it shows yet another way how men are better than women…
We men don’t have to kill someone to cover for a mistake.
But I shan’t continue that line of discussion, as the topic of abortion is more appropriate for the political forum, and I don’t have anything else to say on the matter anyway. I doubt that the man is going to win, but it’s definitely going to draw a lot of much needed attention.
Well, it’s an interesting suit, but you know going into it that it’s doomed to failure. More power to ‘em, but this suit is going precisely nowhere.
As long as senile old biddies are allowed to fall asleep on the bench while hearing cases, any suit which proposes any measure of true equality of rights between men and woman is going to go down in flames.
