That is, if he has been treated badly, that should be a warning sign not to marry.

When you use sexual based statements ostensibly as insults, this is stating that women are not good for anything but sex. Believe it or not, most of us feel differently. 1. 50% of marriages end in divorce.

5. Much of his property will go to his ex-wife.

These are only a few of the legal ramifications of getting married for a man. There are many more legal, financial, and social effects which negatively affect a man. All of these consequences are brought down on a man by a woman he was convinced loved him. In some cases he should have seen warning signs, true. In a great many though, her conduct gave no indication that she would so willingly harm him at divorce.

Therefore, since one cannot tell what changes will occur in even the most honorable of women, therefore one cannot tell that she would not make use of such means to harm a man in the future, I conclude that men should not get married.

I’m aware of all this. Surprise surprise. I don’t believe its fair. I know its wrong, many men and women realize its wrong and unjust… Obviously not enough of them, or else more would be done to end it. If you believe men shouldn’t get married because of all those legal ramifications, my answer is that I think your conclusion is reasonable. All I will say is that these laws clearly need change, but until then if a man thinks its worthwhile to get married, he at least shouldn’t be forbidden from doing so. There are plenty of couples in the world that are content with being married in spite of the things that have happened to others. I can answer that for you. These guys either have had a pretty bad experience with women in their life and so fear/hate them, or are extremely egotistical and can’t bear the idea of women being any bit as free as or strong as man, OR they are just cowards with an unreasonable and harsh fear and hatred towards women.

You were shown facts by others and this is your response. You see, I am not trying to convince you to my position, because I already know that you cannot be convinced to my position. I am interested in talking with those that already agree with me because I know, that since I have the right position, they will be providing facts and evidence.

So far you have provided none, nor have you answered the questions propounded to you throughout this discourse.

Which really is not a discourse at all. Rather it is a group of men sharing facts with you, still a young man lacking the experience we have, and it is you responding very much without facts and wallowing in your delusions.

In about 20 years those delusions will have subsided. During the time from now until then, each time you have to deal with a woman’s nature, you will convince yourself it is not women’s nature but that woman’s nature. You will do this because her nature will be so illogical, and so contrary to even her own benefit, that you will be befuddled as to why she would say or do some specific thing.

So you will move on or be moved on to another woman who will be as insane as all of the others. During this entire process you will repeat the mantra that you are just choosing the wrong kinds of women, that if only you could find “the right one” then it will all be well.

Finally, your own experience, and your discussions with other men will lead you to the conclusion that every one of us has been through your now tired experience. You will finally conclude that it is not the individual woman’s nature, but that all women have the same nature.
