Tom you are absolutly right about alot of girls dressing inapropreatly. Especially around halloween. Most girls dress this way because they don’t have a male role model in there life and they want attention from a male and they think this is the only way to get it. Some girls may have low self esteem and dress this way to get attention because the attention makes them feel good about them selves. Just because you see this behavior from some girls or maybe a majority at your college does not mean all girls are like this. I myself do not dress like this and I sure as hell would not let my little girl dress that way either.
