I like discussions, because sometimes I learn from them, because they are a good way for me to interact with other people, which is something I suck at, and because I meet people with brains. Another reason I have always hung out with men. I can’t believe how few women don’t like cars, or know a damn thing about their makeup. Makeup of cars, I mean.

I do agree you are a woman with logic and are not some dumb cunt who resorts to shaming tactics.But if you look at life over the past 4000 yrs,you yourself can see why men are superior to women.

To the question are men better than women? In a lot of ways I’d have to say yes. To the question are women better than men in some ways? I’d have to say, used to be. The fact women turned life into a competition between themselves and men intimates to me that women felt that there was something to prove. In many ways women feel inferior to men. Is this the product of men or women themselves? Inability to laugh at yourselves, high heels, driving 4×4’s when they only use them to take children to schools, the very fact they feel the need to compete, all indications women feel inferior. You yourself said something like women can never win, why bother trying? Again accepting what you’ve said of yourself as true, you have nothing to prove to anyone, be comfortable with yourself and at the end of the day if someone has a problem with you. ‘Fuck ‘em’, thier problem. I have to say, for someone that says she isn’t a feminist, you sound like one at times.

Shame women couldn’t all those decades ago untill and including present day. Again you’re pointing out the faults of generalization. It still doesn’t detract from the FACT that women now profit from law given privilege. Another example, I now believe the prize money for Wimbledon for men and women is now equal. Which if you look at the games and sets played for the male to win the prize you’ll find he has actually played/worked more to achieve the same prize as his female counterpart. Why not just get rid of the gender devide in competition and let them play each other? We all know why that’ll never happen. Female athletes would moan their heads off if it were to happen because they would cease to earn.

First of all, to follow how you describe transcendence, the ability to look inside the “soul”, think of shamans. I do not mean men and women who claim to be shamans because they have done studies, but those who are chosen, those who give up their lives simply to help others and look inside themselves. Some of these are women, just as some are men. Women who have uncanny knowledge of the world, who seem, for lack of another word, magical. These women are selfless.

Genius is a word up for debate. It can be, yes, IQ, or can be classified as an extraordinary talent in a field of creativity or such. I know various women, personally, who have been expertly tested and classified as geniuses, some due to I.Q. level, some due to their thought process, levels of compassion, creativity in art, writing, etc. Some women who have all these things. Some of these women, in fact, were forced to be tested, and found to be geniuses, when they did not want to be, did not want a “title”.

In Buddhism, women have been said to reach enlightenment. Women today still practice mediation, peace, and selflessness.

Some people may be born with that which they can use to possibly gain superiority. That is just how it works. However, some men may not, and definitely some women are born this way. It is impossible to prove superiority in a general sex. It is just ignorant to claim men are better than women, or the other way around.

Genetics, up bringing, education, internal strength, will power, location, everything we meet in our lives and are born with contribute to human growth. You don’t look at a female child and say, “That child will grow up to be a whore” or some such language. She might grow up to be the next top doctor in neurophysiology. Or she may just be a wonderful, quiet woman, an artist.

If we are to judge, judge when you meet a person. Interact with them. Judge them, not the gender. People can change, for better or worse. There are female and male geniuses alike. Sadly, there aren’t enough of either. But maybe that can change.

Also, we can never reach our full potential, no matter how hard we work. It is always a fraction of our potential that we use up. I’d gladly place any person who has reached his/her highest potential, above all the rest of the people who haven’t. But such a person does not exist, and has not existed.
