Equal Pay for Equal Backstabbing
Recently, women have come out en masse waving a giant banner that says:
“We don’t have equal pay yet, but we’re much closer!”
What you can’t pick up on the news unless you have a Tivo, is the fine print at the bottom of the banner that says:
“Total Bullshit!”
Women get paid less than men for doing the same job. That’s the way it has always been and that’s the way it will always be. Let’s ignore all the arguments of potential maternity leave, higher insurance costs, and increased likelihood of expensive sexual harassment lawsuits for a second. Let’s just get down to brass tacks.
Firstly, women don’t do as good a job as men at anything. That’s obvious of course, but what the hell. Let’s just throw it in the trash too. No, the real reason that women will never make as much as men at the same job is because if a woman doesn’t take any given job for less pay, another other woman will come along and steal the job right out from under her. The process is called undercutting; it’s gutting your own potential job market like a fish. And it’s completely insane.
Men don’t have this problem, because men live by a Men’s Code. It’s a value system. It’s a feeling that a man has at all times that says he is doing the right thing. Really, it’s hard to put into words exactly due to the inherent limitations of language — even when wielded by a man, but the code goes something like this:
Come on now…Are you trying to pull some shit?
Women have no such code. That is why they are always actively involved in pulling several manners of shit at any given point in their lives. Some of it might be the process of stealing their best friend’s boyfriend; it might be shoplifting a Hello Kitty backpack at the mall. Women are chronic shoplifters as well. They keep that pretty well hidden, but have you ever seen a man caught for shoplifting? Nope.
Finally, the varietal of shit being pulled will manifest in wage undercutting. A man would never do that without good reason. The voice of a much smaller man inside of his brain would pipe up and say “Come on now…Are you trying to pull some shit?”
Women are so goddamn competitive though, even when nothing is at stake, that they will gladly eviscerate themselves just to send a fellow woman into a back alley somewhere to rot.

The truth is that if we removed women from the work place, then there would be more jobs than people.
There were no problems in the old days when women stayed at home and men worked. The wages were good because employers were willing to pay to fill vacancies.
These days though, the world has a surplus of labour, thanks to some stupid woman who got it in her head that all women should work. All it has resulted in is lower wages, longer hours and a power shift towards employers.

You’ve brought up an excellent point. Women certainly are one of the major reasons (perhaps the only reason) that employers have more power now than ever. But in a way, that’s good. Most employers are men and inherently know what to do with power: accomplish great things. We all know that the proper cluster fuck will befall us when Congress starts passing laws forcing companies to give women actual power.
It certainly seems laughable, but even today I nearly piss myself with laughter at the idea of women voting.
Women voting? What next? Some kind of machine that walks around town randomly screwing bolts into concrete? That’s almost as stupid.

I’m not shocked by the language used or the blatant hatred that occurs on this website towards women, as I am the suprising lack of factual data to support the claims made in the opening remarks. Where is the proof that women do not do nearly as good a job as men do at “anything”? Point me to the study that shows this. Point me to their sources, and their angles. I would also like to know how many of you have even bothered to look at current literature on the matter of women’s employment, much less the data available from government institutions. There are a wide variety of reasons women must take work that pays less than men. Some of these reasons are socially institutionalized, some of them are because of situations women have been put in such as divorce and dealing with dead beat dad’s. Ultimately, your langauge choice and use is impressively inflamitory, with very little evidence but your own experiences and prejudices to back you up. Frankly, I expect more from a website that is attempting to convincingly argue that men are better than women.

Well there are basically equal rights in MEDC’s (countries like England and America). But in many countries women are still treated like second class citizens, these are the women who would benefit from equal rights.

Although I’m a woman, I do think that some women push their case for equality far too much. It’s just been done - yet again! - at Wimbledon. I was so incensed that I made the subject a page on my blog. You want facts and figures? Here are facts and figures:
THOUGHTS ON WIMBLEDON
I really look forward to the arrival of our two weeks of Wimbledon each year. It is something rather special that lifts the usual mundane and dreadful offerings we get on TV.
A few years ago I managed to get a ticket for the Centre Court which is a thrill I shall never forget. I belong to a tennis club and play quite regularly for the women’s team and in the mixed doubles, so I can appreciate the skill I see at Wimbledon.
But there is one thing about the great event that can annoy me greatly. Sometimes it’s hardly mentioned, but some years it’s blown up into a great argument. I’m referring to some of the women players who demand to receive the same amount of prize money as the men. To me this seems an absurd and unjust demand.
In the UK we have an Equal Pay Act which states that men and women should receive equal pay for equal work. Now, at Wimbledon, as at my own club, women tennis players do not work anywhere near as hard as the men. Women play a maximum of three sets, whereas the men play five. If women want the same prize money as men then they should play five sets.
In industry, if a woman worked three shifts and a man worked five, the woman would certainly not expect to get the same pay packet as the man, yet, when it comes to tennis, a woman who plays for an hour and a half, for some inexplicable reason, seems to think she should be paid as much as a man who plays for over four hours.
Now I’m all in favour of equality but, it seems to me that Wimbledon women are trying to work themselves into a position of preferential treatment.
At this time of year, articles about tennis abound in the media, and I recently read one which made out a strong case that Wimbledon discriminates against men. The writer argued that the standard and the power of the men’s game is such that no woman would be able to take more than the odd game or two off the top 100 men. (Doubtless this is why you never hear any of the women demanding to play against the men!)
The writer went on to say that the route to the final of a Wimbledon tournament is much more arduous for a man than for a woman, and he cited the 1991 championships to illustrate his point. The men’s title was won by a German, Michael Stich who had to play 256 games spread over 26 sets.
Steffi Graf won the women’s title by playing only 128 games. In the same tournament, Andre Agassi was defeated in the fourth round after having to play 166 games - 38 more than Graf did to gain the women’s title. The rewards for the work of these players were: Stich £240,000, Graf £216,000 and Agassi £16,800.
This means that, for each game played, Stich received £933.85, Graf £1,687.50 and Agassi £101.20. So what ‘equality’ do we have here? The man plays more tennis and to a much higher standard than the woman, and receives approximately half the pay of the woman.
Also, the men’s final was watched by 8.1 million viewers and the women’s final by 7.0 million viewers, so there is no doubt as to which was the more popular.
So, I suggest that the Wimbledon women keep quiet about their rewards, or the men might start complaining about the sex discrimination being practised against them at the event and say that they want equal treatment with the women.

The extent of some of the feminism around now is clearly quite ridiculous, and the movement has in many cases gone one step too far and in doing so has undermined itself. In the same way that anti-racism laws have gone too far in many cases (especially in the UK, not so much in the US), such that blacks get preferential treatment to avoid accusations of racism. The feminist movement must remain sensible and fair to maintain any credibility.

Positive discrimination is an unfortunate reality in the modern world. It is used so that people who would ordinarily be overlooked get a job that they are qualified for. In a perfect world it wouldn’t exist, but unfortunately prejudices still exist in the work place and positive discrimination tries (mostly unsuccessfully) to readdress the balance. I think that I just figured out why women go nowhere fast in management ie the glass ceiling they always whine about. It is because most of them completely lack social skills. Case in point. I occasionally give a ride home to two of the women that work for me (I am a consultant with a staff of 7). A couple of times now, they have been in the vehicle with me, made plans to go for drinks together, and failed to invite me as well. Men do not do this, they know intuitively that you invite everyone present, especially your supervisor, that is just plain old good manners. Ok, that is all well and good, but if they do not want me to come, they should not discuss it in front of me. Now, tell me, do you think I want to offer these two silly women another ride home (instead of the site bus), do you think that will be first on my list for business lunches (where a lot of good information is exchanged and contacts are made)? Ok Robert, to make it clear… Yes, I agree that you have whiny rude co-workers and you should make them take the damn bus. It sounds to me that you’ve answered all your own questions, have a predicament of their personalities, and know that they will not be promoted anytime soon. Honestly, now why are you still dwelling? Who’s whining now? It’s not because their women, it’s because their coniving little asses.
Power is a big responsibilty we all abuse. You can’t just give millions of people power, that haven’t experienced superiority, and expect them all to know what to do with it. Now that females have the option power, collectively we are still learning…as well as men. Men and women throughout the US are still adjusting to gender changes in the workforce, a conversion that not everybody is yet completely exposed to.
On the flip side:
The world will never be equal, so in order to progress and learn, we split our possibilities into probabilities. In this case, women. The processes of love and hate are all simply learning processes.

Imagine this; a woman is running for prime minister or president or whatever.
Men like Dick seem to think that feminists will vote for her because she is a woman. But they will vote for the other candidate because he is a man.

I work in a place were women and Men are paid equally. And it rips my fucking Man-heart out to know that I break my fucking back for my family, and some whore is making the same amount I do by sitting on her ass in an office somewhere because she purposely got her already fat ass pregnant, so she could do just that. Women aren’t worth two shits doing any kind of real work, and I see this first hand everyday of my life. Time for a short story. I worked in Alaska for three years, about three years ago, and I had a troop named Angela. We were of equal rank, but I had far more experience in the job. I trained this bitches ass off, out in the cold, for five months. Good, solid training, too. None of that weak shit, because she needed to be broken in, same as I had been a few years prior. After all that fucking time I put into her, the first time she went out on a job solo, she calls the shop up asking for me…and the whore is crying because she has no fucking clue what she is doing. So, old Walt gathers up his shit and saves her boney ass before she makes a fool of both of us. She just ‘couldn’t remember’ what I had said. I fucking doubt it, girl. So, from there on out I got to do her job, as well as my own, while she slut’d herself around the shop in order to stay inside. A shame and an embarrassment.

I hate to tell you, but the wage gap is a myth. Women do, in fact, make very comparable wages to men IF YOU COMPARE THE SAME JOBS. When you compare, say, an office worker in Florida to, say, an Alaskan crab fisherman (or should I say fisherperson??), of course the crabber is going to make more. It’s a far more dangerous and difficult job. Men generally take the types of jobs that women won’t take - the dirty, dangerous, and physical ones.
Yes, the wage gap is a myth, but it’s one of the femmies’ favorites.

How about this? Everyone has the same requirements for the same job, no artificial head starts or higher scores or helping with the heavy loads. Same job, same duties, same benefits, same pay. If you can’t do it, you don’t get the job. If you can do it, and you get the job, you get the same pay. Affirmative Action should be abolished.
I don’t know about you, but if I’m caught in a fire and passed out, I want the guy carrying me down the ladder to be able to do it without dropping me.

We got it our heads that women should after men left us to start raping, molesting and assaulting young girls, not taking care of their children and hitting women (battery & assault). Men feel it is alright to make families and not take care and abandoning them. So we have to work because men cant take care of their families. They lie. They walk out on their wives, daughters (which they dont care about) and their sons, but blame women because they were never responsible. That women have to take up the slack for their shortcomings (all). So men, this is actually your fault, but you will never admit it.
