You will soon realize wimmin’s contributions are basically an insignificant drop in the ocean & are neither path breaking, ground breaking or significant enough to merit much attention.

The wimmin folk who have done some contribution to the advancement of mankind understand their value of contribution & know exactly where they stand with respect to man.

As the author of Famous Mathematicians from Underrepresented Groups said: “… until recently, women were mostly prevented from doing mathematics, so relatively few women have become famous in mathematics.”

But here are some of the ones who contributed greatly to our society:

Theano – Wife of Pythagoras. Ran School of Pythagoras after his death. Wrote works on the Golden Ratio.

Rosza Peter – Péter was the author of Playing with Infinity: Mathematical Explorations and Excursions, translated into at least 14 languages, and Recursive Functions in Computer Theory. The latter was the second Hungarian mathematical book to be published in the Soviet Union because its subject matter was considered indispensable to the theory of computers.

Winifred Edgarton Merril – Worked on the geometrical interpretation of multiple integrals and figured out the computation of the orbit of a comet.

Maria Gaetana Agnesi – Most important work: Analytical Institutions gave a clear summary of the state of knowledge in mathematical analysis. It included: analysis of finite quantities; elementary problems of maxima, minima, tangents, and inflection points; analysis of infinitely small quantities; integral calculus; and the inverse method of tangents and differential equations.

Grace Chisolm Young – Worked with her husband on set theory. Authored 13 publications with her husband and 18 by herself.

Edith Clarke – She became an authority on the manipulation of hyperbolic functions, equivalent circuits, and graphical analysis.

Irmgard Flugge-Lotz – Professor Flugge-Lotz acted in a central role in the development of the aircraft industry in the Western world. Her contributions spanned a lifetime during which she demonstrated, in a field dominated by men, the value and quality of a woman’s intuitive approach in searching for and discovering solutions to complex engineering problems.

Ellen Amanda Hayes – Hayes wrote several textbooks on Lessons on Higher Algebra (1891, revised 1894), Elementary Trigonometry (1896), and Calculus with Applications, An Introduction to the Mathematical Treatment of Science (1900).

Edna Kramer-Lassar – Kramer’s greatest work is considered the book, The Nature and Growth of Modern Mathematics, which was published in 1970. This work took her 14 years to complete. In 1972 she was elected into the Hall of Fame at Hunter College. Her many books still are read and studied today, including A First Course in Educational Statistics, Mathematics Takes Wings: An Aviation Supplement to Secondary Mathematics, and The Main Stream of Mathematics.

On the subject of idiocy, please learn how to use a ‘spell checker’ or at least proof read your messages before posting them. Gibberish like, “Women and mathematics are the miss link to the dieing subject” does nothing to serve your cause.

So in essence, within a single post you have not only managed to demonstrate a poor grasp of conceptual logic and the English language but you have managed to combine these qualities with an inability to follow even simple instructions such as ‘this site is for men only’.

I honestly feel that if you took two remote islands; dumped 500 men on one and 500 women on the other, with no way of contacting or being contacted by the outside world, and returned two years later you would find the following.

If the men did not wipe themselves out in the initial power struggles, you would find an organised thriving community with a considered and structured social hierarchy, technology and agriculture.

On the other island you would discover the remains of the women dead where they disembarked on the beach.

ALMOST ALL women don’t like wussies. They never feel a “true gut-level attraction” for wussies.

But what’s interesting is that women actually COMMUNICATE TO MEN that they WANT a wussy.

“I want a man who is nice, polite, funny, gentle, smart etc”, but women actually RUN AWAY from weak men like that.

.. and then she goes and fucks someone ELSE.

“I want a really nice guy” one of the biggest lies that women tell each other AND MEN. And the men who aren’t careful actually believe it!

Men will blindly listen to that female programming garbage and are often left scratching their heads wondering why she just didn’t “FEEL IT” for him and why she ran off with “jerk boy” instead.

Its even more interesting that women almost NEVER use the word “STRONG” when describing a guy they would like…. but that is the NUMBER ONE THING that a guy has to be if a guy wants a girl to REALLY be attracted to him.
