Women: Nurturers or Totally Irresponsible Sadists?
Remember when you were in fifth grade and someone had to take the class guinea pig or sugar glider home for Christmas break? Then remember when all the little girls raised their hands excitedly and your male teacher hummed and hawed and pretended that he didn’t see anything until some boy raised his hand? Then he let the boy take care of the guinea pig for those three weeks.
Your male teacher did that because a good way to start a new school year is not by having some bawling little girl drag a dead guinea pig in a shoebox casket into class.
That’s morbid and sick.
Women can’t take care of anything. Especially little animals; especially themselves — but especially children.
If a woman’s life can’t fuel a weeklong series of talk shows and after-school specials by the time she’s 25, then it’s a goddamn miracle and probably bullshit. Either that or she must have been safely married off by the time she was 17. That way at least someone is there to pick up the pieces fuck-up by fuck-up. Seventeen is when a woman is just testing out the waters at the shallow end of turning her life into a catastrophe.
If women can’t raise themselves with any modicum of security or direction, what makes society think that women can raise children in a different way? Remember Tarzan? That asshole acted like a monkey because he was raised by monkies. Flipper? Raised by dolphins.
70% of violent murders and rapists were raised by single mothers.
Hitler was raised by a single mother.

By the way, think I’m lying about those facts? Then you’re a woman, get off of my site. Men know that other men only say things when they’re true — or at least when that man thinks they’re probably true. That’s why we’re so good at getting things accomplished as a team of men. Because we don’t have to waste time conniving, sabotaging, and watching each others asses. That’s against the man-code.
A woman raising a child on her own is like distilling your own non-alcoholic beer on accident. Sure, you made a beer. Nice work. But you left out some key ingredients, like compassion and reason.
Now, don’t get me wrong here. “Lesbian” couples deserve the right to raise a child the same as anyone else. That’s called human rights and equality.
Two wrongs don’t make a right though.

OH, dick. Almost all of the convictred rapists in our prison system are male, and 87.7% of all homicides are comitted by men. So it seems, that without men, we would decrease rape and murder in this country by over 90%. So, aren’t women raised by single mothers? Why aren’t they committing massive amounts of crime? Hmmm…could there be other factors that comtribute to the likelihood of a child growing up to be a criminal? I grew up in a single parent household, and so did many of the people I know. It has become apparent to me that most of many of the problems associated with having only one partent stem from abandonment issues, particularly in males. So, could it possible be that where women choose to take resposibility, men run away from it and, in doing so, cause emotional damage to their children?
Where are all of the single fathers?

You forgot the third and best option - prostitution. Guy spends as much money as he would on a stupid and futile first date, guy gets laid, ho gets paid, everybody’s happy! Murders problems usually don’t have anything to do with their upbringings.
Look at OJ, he’s rich and had a nice life, but he’s making mistakes left and right, whether it be killing his ex-wife, or armed robbery.

Hitler didn’t have a real Father. Step Father is all he knew and he didn’t like him.
Growing up in San Francisco, O.J. Simpson ran with a street gang called the Persian Warriors or Persian Kings. He was briefly incarcerated at the city’s juvenile detention center..
His Father had little influence on him and allowed him to run with gangs.
Not all parents do great jobs of parenting. But the fact remains
that most inmates today had no father.
Women can’t control a son or give him the direction he needs like a good Father.

Hey guys….havent posted in a while but this topic just charges me up, because for almost 5 years I was a single mom. I think that there are many more factors to consider before just labeling single parenting a female failure. As I have stated before on this site, I am an anti-feminist and agree with most of the arguements discussed here. I think there are many reasons why mothers arent so good at raising children independantly. Number one, we arent able to be IN the home raising our children. At the moment we become single, we have to go out and get a job, leaving a daycare system to raise our children. After work we come home to dinner, dishes, laundry, homework, bill paying, etc.etc. How much time does a single mom (or father actually) have to spend “quality” time with our children? Who instills morals into our children if we arent the ones raising them? Second, a lot of the time, the dad doesnt come around anymore (as it was in my case, he decided AFTER THE FACT, that he NEVER wanted to be a dad, and as far as I know, after 11 years, he still isnt). I think it is absolutely necessary for a child to know his father, to bond with him and learn from him, especially little boys. I thank god I met my husband that was willing to take my son that didnt belong to him and raise him as his own. But I also want to point out that my husband was also a single parent of his two children, a boy and a girl, and although he was doing a GREAT job at raising them, they NEEDED me as well. That bitch whore mother of theirs hasnt been heard from in OVER 5 years. Anyway, I know that it is a struggle to raise a child alone, for men and for women. I think the statistics Dick referes to are so high because women are more often given custody of the children and therefore the statistics MUST be the way they are. I just truly believe a woman needs to be at home with the kids, atleast until they start school (but better until they leave the home) and that dads absolutely NEED to be actively involved in their kids lives, whether or not the parents are together. Because of the way I feel, I blame not only the single mother of incarcerated individuals, but also the father. It takes TWO to raise a child.

While you have valid points. It isn’t fair to blame all fathers. Many Mothers run the Fathers off. They refuse to let Fathers in the childrens lives. They only want the husbands money.
Courts refuse to force women to do anything.
Even when they are ordered many women refuse and nothing happens when they violate court orders.
Sad for the children.
