Haha, this article is so true. Last night I was at a bar with some man-friends trying to drink and have a good time as we always do, and this woman who was a friend of someone kept trying to get my attention. Ignoring her and watching her desperately trying one dumb thing after another to get me to talk to her was hilarious and far more satisfying than putting up with talking to her for a boring few hours/minutes/seconds (depending on how easy she is …)

She resorted to asking me dumb questions that didn’t lead anywhere, and eventually pulled out the “didn’t we go to the same school?” card … my answer was “no, we didn’t.” And that was the end of that. I went back to talking to my man-friends and she went back to looking deflated. It didn’t stop her making almost constant eye-contact for the rest of the evening though. What a joke … if someone’s not giving you attention it’s because they’re obviously not interested. Yet women lap that shit up and keep bashing their heads into the brick wall of a man not giving a fuck. It’s funny as hell.

No Manhole, you have to consider why these outstanding male minds came to be. It seems very obvious why male intelligence evolved. To get laid. All that calorific investment is for a reason. The occasional asexual genius is an evolutionary aberration, there is no point in being smart as a bastard if you don’t pass those genes on.

In more robust times than the present a man in his late 20’s was in his physical prime, and it went rapidly downhill from there. So it would be reasonable to expect his mental powers to peak at the same time.
