You say a majority of these men are not misogynist swine and that they are “sick of the modern woman of today”. As a misogynist is “A person who hates, dislikes, or is prejudiced against women.” (Oxford definition), as to be sick of implies to hate or dislike and to say that the modern woman is what they hate, it fully complies with the definition of misogyny. I personally find misogynistic men to be swine.

Please tell what you think the modern woman is? Anyone who exists in this modern time with female genitalia? If so then this is extremely prejudice and extremely misogynistic. If it refers only to women with certain characteristics, you cannot blame me for thinking it was the former when titles such as “Every woman is a cheating whore” and general statements like “cunts are for fucking” do not highlight this exclusion of women who do not share these attributes.

The underlying assumption is that all women share these attributes which is in fact misogynistic because they do not.

Much of what is posted is not seen as misogynistic but common sense, when it is rarely the case, however, when a woman points this out, she is dismissed as over emotional, sensitive, without anyone taking a step back and thinking “maybe as a woman she is a better judge of what it means to be a woman?After all, she is the only one with experience”.

Your quote also implies that these men have suffered more than me or any other female who posts on this site. I can see that many of these men have been hurt by women and I offer the fact that we have all been hurt by people throughout our lives and out power lies within how we deal with it. There are a number of these posts for instance that could easily be describing my mother. However, I understand that my mother and the rest of the female population are two different things. My mother might have done some unsavoury things, but my girl friends haven’t and I haven’t. As I pointed out in an earlier post, my relationship with my partner in no way emulates the relationship of either of our parents’ relationships, and we both have a happiness neither of us saw in our families growing up. The way to making your self feel better is not through wallowing in pity and belittling others, it is through self-respect, pro-activity, its not easy, but if a woman can have big enough testicles to do it, I’m sure the manly manly men on this site can do it too.

I am not asking to not be judged, I am asking to be judged fairly. I am asking to be judged not by what does or does not dangle between my legs. Also, in my defense, it is the darker posts I tend to tackle.

Jay’s education is useless in that you would never know she even had a college education unless she told you.
