Ask Dick: Why Are Teenage Girls So Fucking Stupid?
A reader, Joey, sent me the following question.
How’s it going, Mr. Masterson? Straight to my man point, what the hell is the deal with young women who say that they don’t care about looks and want to settle with a man who cares for them, loves the, etc? These are freakin’ 15-17, 18 year old girls talking. What the hell are they settling down from? They’re reaching the age where they practice whore-crafts like fucking and sucking. You get my point.
Of course I get your point. If I didn’t get your point from that well-laid mansplanation, then I would have to be a woman. And then what would I do with my penis?
Use it as an ATM I guess. That’s all women seem to know what to do with them.
Women who are teenagers are like men who are teenagers. They’re stupider than their adult counterparts.
Granted, with women it’s hard to tell.
That’s why that show To Catch a Predator show on Dateline is unfair to all these alleged pedophiles. Just because a woman says she’s 14 and has the grammar of a drunken Carny, doesn’t mean that she is. Maybe she’s just having her period. Maybe she thinks that’s cute, who the fuck knows. Women lie all the time is my point. That’s why so many of them get pregnant.
Young women can’t do the same incredible things that young men can; things like sports and math and putting a mouse puppet on their penis and letting a snake bite it. Young women are just like women: they can’t do anything at all, incredible or not. As teenagers, however, they’re still full of hopes and dreams.
Stupid hopes and dreams.
When men are young men, they think they’re going to grow up and be Batman or James Bond or some fucking Rockstar playing two guitars at the same time; even if the odds are stacked massively against them. Batman, for example, didn’t weight 185 and drink Cherry Coke by the liter when he was 16. Women are the same, except a woman’s version of fortune and fame is a guy who will tolerate her for her endless parade of bullshit. Women are the Carnival of bullshit. It never fucking stops and by the third float you’ve seen just about all you’re going to see.
Teenage women who want a man who loves them, cares for them, and any other synonymous emotions women use because they love repeating themselves so fucking much, aren’t settling for anything. They’re just enjoying four years of the biggest, most-blissful pipe dream a woman ever experiences in her whole fucking life. The dream of having a say or a preference in a mythical man who takes an infinite amount of a woman’s grating, unending crap, occupies the life of the teenage girl. This is a dream women abandon at at the age of 22 in an act known as Learning Her Place.
Unless you count those harpy 30-somethings who think their pets are children. That’s the biggest, most-blissful pipe dream of femininity: children who can be locked in the fucking house.
Joey, minus ten Man Points for the non-offensive substitution of a swear word. Swearing loudly and with gusto is the best and manliest way to show anyone in ear shot that you are a man. That’s why teenagers do it so obnoxiously. They’re becoming men.

I’ve watched Dick on Dr Phil and it’s obvious he doesn’t believe a word of what he says on this web-site, or he didn’t believe a nice word of what he said to the people in the Dr Phil house, or even, he is completely confused as to what he actually thinks and feels. Ok, umm where do I start? I DO believe that men should make the decisions of the household, but not that men are “better” than women, considering that the term “better” is a relative term. Women have feelings, and personalities. I do not think that it is fair to say that they all should stay in the house, cook, clean, and take care of their children all day for ever, because like I said, they have personalities, and they might have different interests. Now, i am not saying that if the women has 3 children, that she does not have the responsibility of taking care of them, because it WAS her choice in the first place to have children. The other issue I have with this website that I feel that I must adress is how some of you say that all women are good for is sex. That is rediculous! We are all apart of the same species, and need to work together, and not put eachother down. If you think that you are a man, and are better than a women, that is fine with me. I do not think that you are a bad person, or should be incouraged to think differently. If you think that women can not do anything right, and are stupid children in grown up bodies, well, that is what I have a problem with. I know that alot of you do not believe what I just described previously, but I would like to remind the people that do believe that, that women are human beings too. Also, If you do believe that all women are good for is sex, I would like to see your insight on the matter, so please explain why.

Well, that is what they[women] are making themselves out to be. Now, I don’t know how you will define “capable” but to me, that means women have to be indispensable to the team which they are apparently not. Without them, life goes on and I might go as far to say that life would be wayy better.

Life would go on if men were gone (although, in your favor, technologies may not advance as fast) but I would not go as far to say that life without men would be way better. How do you think that children would be born without women? Or, were you just refering to women being in the workforce? First Prout, as others have noted, your family has some issues, as do you. You really, really, really need to be talking to a professional who can help you, not a bunch of people on an internet site, especially this one.

Ditto the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, Das Kapital, The Wealth of Nations, The Road to Serfdom, The Critique of Pure Reason, Newton’s Principia, or a little gem I like to call “On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies”, and, well, a number of other books and papers that merely changed the world radically.
Indeed, that last, and its sequels, could credibly be argued to have been a bigger factor in 20th century history than any other single man’s 20th century body of work.
Simply protesting to the government is usually (though not quite always) one of the more foolish wastes of time I can imagine, in my humble opinion.
Change can flow from the point of a pen or the point of a sword. Change which flows solely from the latter is typically bloody, and swept away in a few generations.
I’d not belittle writing a book, nor having one published by one of the US’ premier publishers.
Making fun of talk shows? Well, fair enough. But then tell me how you’d propose to publicize a book and help drive awareness and hence sales.

I’m truly sorry for the horrible things you said your family is going threw. I’m sure it is tough and I wish no one would have to go threw tough times in life, but life is not fair. You can either raise above it, and become a better and stronger person or become angry and bitter and feel that you are owed something in life.
I feel you need to be hugging that dad of yours and tell him how much you appreciate him and need him. I don’t know your whole situation, but if he is threatening suicide, then obviously he is feeling pretty worthless. I’m sure he is not, so you should let him know he is not. You should be spending your time doing that rather coming on here and talking to grown men. I don’t want to come off as being mean, but I’m just kind of concernd.
