I am a woman, and I am completely AGAINST feminism. I agree that Dick, and his fellow men have a point when they say that there are certain roles that women need to fulfill, that just aren’t being filled any more. We are out there in the world, trying to “better ourselves and our careers” while our kids are at home, completely unsupervised, unguided, and out of control. Do you think that if parents were more involved with their kids lives, that my manager back in March would have been jumped by 5 school age kids? No, I don’t think it would have happened. And another thing, as far as relationships go, women get wayyyy to wrapped up in their own shit, to the point all they do is start worrying about me, me, me, me. Its always about what she wants, and what she needs, but the girlfriend or wife is never about trying to make her man happy anymore. Thats why men cheat, and thats why people get divorced more. I watched my mother get married, and then remarried, and then divorced more times than I want to admit, and the only thing good that came out of it, was me realizing what she did wrong. My one female friend is marching her long term relationship down the drain too… you want to know why?? Because all she worries about is what she wants from him. In the meantime, her boyfriend is completely unsatisfied and unhappy, and then she wonders why he won’t marry her. I agree that Dick, and his fellow men have a point when they say that there are certain roles that women need to fulfill, that just aren’t being filled any more. We are out there in the world, trying to “better ourselves and our careers” while our kids are at home, completely unsupervised, unguided, and out of control. Do you think that if parents were more involved with their kids lives, that my manager back in March would have been jumped by 5 school age kids? No, I don’t think it would have happened. And another thing, as far as relationships go, women get wayyyy to wrapped up in their own shit, to the point all they do is start worrying about me, me, me, me. Its always about what she wants, and what she needs, but the girlfriend or wife is never about trying to make her man happy anymore. Thats why men cheat, and thats why people get divorced more. I watched my mother get married, and then remarried, and then divorced more times than I want to admit, and the only thing good that came out of it, was me realizing what she did wrong. My one female friend is marching her long term relationship down the drain too… you want to know why?? Because all she worries about is what she wants from him. In the meantime, her boyfriend is completely unsatisfied and unhappy, and then she wonders why he won’t marry her. Final and concise point… I get where they are coming from, I don’t quite agree with the whole “macho chauvinistic” thing, however, sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures.
