Two things.
1. Passed out drunk? From there, he did not state if sex was non-consensual. I gave out manpoints after reading his entire post. If he stated he raped her, I wont have condoned that act. Did he use the word “rape”? I think not.
2. alleged rape. The word allege refers in short to an allegation. “To state (a plea or excuse, for example) in support or denial of a claim or accusation”. It has yet to become factual or concrete. As such, my stand still remains.
3. If he did indeed admit that he raped her, I will not condone that act but as of yet, I have not heard a confession?
