Equal Pay for Equal Backstabbing
Recently, women have come out en masse waving a giant banner that says:
“We don’t have equal pay yet, but we’re much closer!”
What you can’t pick up on the news unless you have a Tivo, is the fine print at the bottom of the banner that says:
“Total Bullshit!”
Women get paid less than men for doing the same job. That’s the way it has always been and that’s the way it will always be. Let’s ignore all the arguments of potential maternity leave, higher insurance costs, and increased likelihood of expensive sexual harassment lawsuits for a second. Let’s just get down to brass tacks.
Firstly, women don’t do as good a job as men at anything. That’s obvious of course, but what the hell. Let’s just throw it in the trash too. No, the real reason that women will never make as much as men at the same job is because if a woman doesn’t take any given job for less pay, another other woman will come along and steal the job right out from under her. The process is called undercutting; it’s gutting your own potential job market like a fish. And it’s completely insane.
Men don’t have this problem, because men live by a Men’s Code. It’s a value system. It’s a feeling that a man has at all times that says he is doing the right thing. Really, it’s hard to put into words exactly due to the inherent limitations of language — even when wielded by a man, but the code goes something like this:
Come on now…Are you trying to pull some shit?
Women have no such code. That is why they are always actively involved in pulling several manners of shit at any given point in their lives. Some of it might be the process of stealing their best friend’s boyfriend; it might be shoplifting a Hello Kitty backpack at the mall. Women are chronic shoplifters as well. They keep that pretty well hidden, but have you ever seen a man caught for shoplifting? Nope.
Finally, the varietal of shit being pulled will manifest in wage undercutting. A man would never do that without good reason. The voice of a much smaller man inside of his brain would pipe up and say “Come on now…Are you trying to pull some shit?”
Women are so goddamn competitive though, even when nothing is at stake, that they will gladly eviscerate themselves just to send a fellow woman into a back alley somewhere to rot.

The truth is that if we removed women from the work place, then there would be more jobs than people.
There were no problems in the old days when women stayed at home and men worked. The wages were good because employers were willing to pay to fill vacancies.
These days though, the world has a surplus of labour, thanks to some stupid woman who got it in her head that all women should work. All it has resulted in is lower wages, longer hours and a power shift towards employers.
Bloody women. Yet they are the ones who always seem to complain about never having any bloody time and their delicate “juggling acts.”

You’ve brought up an excellent point. Women certainly are one of the major reasons (perhaps the only reason) that employers have more power now than ever. But in a way, that’s good. Most employers are men and inherently know what to do with power: accomplish great things. We all know that the proper cluster fuck will befall us when Congress starts passing laws forcing companies to give women actual power.
It certainly seems laughable, but even today I nearly piss myself with laughter at the idea of women voting.
Women voting? What next? Some kind of machine that walks around town randomly screwing bolts into concrete? That’s almost as stupid.

Now that women have the right to work then the people who are most qualified for the job end up with the job, not just any old random man.
Its not our fault you men cant keep up and are losing all your jobs to women, maybe if you were as well qualified you would have a job instead of a woman.

NOW that women have the right to work…you mean “now” as in 200 years ago? I beg to differ with your judgement, this is coming from a woman by the way, youre the reason why people hate women.
The only reason women are doing better is because theyre competetive, in a violent, conniving, insane and ultimately terrifying way. Women lie to make themselves look better, backstab their friends and then lie about that. A woman could kill her opposition, thats why she gets the job.

No the problem with most men is that they are like you when it comes to power Dick, they are total meglomaniacs and have no idea what to do with the power entrusted to them. Generally they just fuck things up, I mean look what Bush and Blair have done, with their huge power they have achieved “great things”: they have destabalised the East, they’ve destoryed the domestic policies that were holding their countries together and they’ve promoted political and religious extremism and thus terrorism.
Dick you will just have to accept women are indeed better than men at some things and are thus employed in preference to men. Often women are also willing to work harder than men because they are motivated to prove arseholes like you wrong, this they succeed in doing.

The fact is certain people are born very competetive and will do anything to achieve their goals, but these people aren’t specifically men or women. If men are more qualified then they will get the jobs. It’s not our fault some men are losing ‘their’ jobs to women. If men were more qualified and more deserving then they would get the jobs. It would be unfair and downright sexist to deny the most qualified person a job for a less qualified person because of gender.
