Dress For Failure Doesn’t Rhyme
Have you ever heard a woman talk about a man wearing a suit? Good Lord, it’s disgusting. Whenever my man-sense (which is a lot like common sense except hundreds of times more powerful) tells me that the topic is a-brewin, I immediately reach for a pair of galoshes because all of the nearby women are about to commence drooling like savages.
It makes one wonder, if women are so obsessed with how men dress, why do all women dress like complete shit?
Walk down the street and see how many men have dressed poorly for the day. You might find a few teenage men who haven’t quite gotten it figured out yet, but otherwise, you’ll see nothing but impeccable class. You’ll see men wearing business suits and smart-looking blazers maybe; both of which are appropriate for where a man spends most of this day: the workplace. Even the men you see who yield freely and of their own accord to the desire for sustenance, will disguise their bulk like a great and powerful chameleon, by donning the occasional Hawaiian shirt or other ingenuous piece of flair.
This is an art that men have been practicing for thousands of years. Not to impress women, but because men have class. If all we wanted to do was impress women, then we would just walk around naked all the time. That would obviously work. Why do you think women revert to fifth grade giggling over a man wearing a neck tie? I’ll give you a hint. It rhymes with, and also is: the penis.
If I was some kind of alien being and I had to estimate how long women have been dressing themselves based on their appearance on my first visit to Earth, I would have to guess about a week.
First of all, no woman has ever disguised anything about her appearance. They think that everything pertaining to them and who they are is great and brilliant — no matter how disgusting or how much of it there is; and that it should be shoved right in everyone’s face. This is true in absolutely every instance.
Secondly, we all know that the easiest and fastest way possible to get attention is by making a completely catastrophe of yourself.
QED.

Being gay isn’t a choice; it’s a blessing from God.
I don’t have a problem with people being gay, it IS their choice, but this statement really got to me and know one ever seems to remember the verses and teachings of the bible or even mentions much about God…if you are close to God and know Him and have read the bible, being gay is not a blessing from Him. In fact sir, it is wrong and sinful in the eyes of the beholder…when God made man, he made man and woman, let me repeat…MAN AND WOMAN. As quoted for many years, God made Adam and Eve, NOT Adam and Steve. Read the bible and know God before you say that it’s a blessing from God. I’m not here to judge you or what this individual has posted about women, or anybody else for that matter, it’s not my place…that’s for God to do when He comes for us on judgment day. God bless

1.) Nicole’s idea that being in love is about loving someone for their flaws seems like bullshit to me. . . I’ve heard this idea a million times, and I never really thought about it until recently. Think about the idea though…. you love someone for their flaws? Women had to think this one up, probably as a way to further reduce the amount of effort they have to put into a relationship. I’m guessing that the “flaws” men are supposed to “be in love with” include massive weight gains, clinginess, and immaturity. . . character flaws held by women. Men, of course, are still supposed to be perfect. . . I’ve never heard any woman say that she loves the way her man beats the hell out of her… but anger management problems are a flaw, right? Shouldn’t you be in love with them?
Love, if it actually exists, should be about appreciating someone’s good qualities, not their weaknesses. Loving someone for their flaws may sound nice on a Hallmark card, but it’s bullshit in real life.
2.) Sarah - It seems pretty obvious that the smartest thing to ever come out of your mouth was a penis. If God created everything in the universe, including all mankind, then he surely DID create Adam and Steve (and Bobby and Sally and Dick and Jane, etc. etc. etc.). . . more over, God must have liked the idea of homosexuality; after all, he wouldn’t even fuck Mary to conceive Jesus! What a classic move… knock up some random broad and leave her chump boyfriend with the bills for the kid! That’s God, the original deadbeat dad.
You should read the Bible a little better yourself, before coming to testify to the world. Jesus said something along the lines of “judge not, lest ye be judged.” He also spent his days hanging out with hookers and con men… not judging them and berating them, but showing them love and acceptance. You should do the same, in my opinion.

Obviously what I wrote bothers you, or you know it’s the truth and can’t handle that…or the word of God scares you…and that’s fine…you should be…most people in the wrong are defensive anyway so on that note, i don’t care if you like what i had to say or not or anyone else…you can agree or disagree…makes no difference to me.

If it’s so obvious, make up your fucking mind. Of that’s right. You’re a woman. You can’t.

Yes, my husbands penis as a matter of fact is the best thing that has come out of my mouth…so what’s your point…don’t talk to me about judging when you don’t even know who I am and making that ridiculous and immature remark.
Yeah, Jesus and God love you regardless of our choices on this earth, very true, but it’s us as individuals to know and learn from right and wrong and come to terms with God and learn from God and Jesus’ teachings. Obviously you haven’t read much of the bible either so if you’re going to assume that I lack His teachings you’re right up there with me bubba. Like I said in my first post on here…I”m not judging anyone here just stating the truth, which most people in wrong or know it’s wrong will attack with rudeness but I am praying for rude people like yourself, Dick and whoever else has…like i said…I have no problem with gays…and I have read the bible thank you and do go to church and am close to God. I also like how you stated to this person “SEAN”…”love, if it actually exists”….um…yeah…it sure does, but it’s humanity that drowns it out. Kinda of funny you mention this but tell me to read the bible a little better….

LOL….oh you’re too funny…if you’re out there in the world and talk to both men and women…you’ll notice that men can’t make up their minds just as much as women…you sure are out there bud. Do you even have a woman in your life…cause I pitty any respectable lady to crosses your path…

Oh my, Sarah.
First of all, welcome to the boards. Congratulations on your reading comprehension. I disassociate myself from the penis out of mouth comment, and I apologize for it. That said…
You seem pretty Old Testament in your interpretation of the Bible. That’s cool, but it’s not what I’d call Christian. Indeed, by definition it’s unChristian. Christ didn’t have a whole lot of time for enumerating the sins of gays. Indeed, he had none. Now if you want to take the Old Testament literally, then yep, God’s pretty hard-core anti-gay. Unfortunately for you He’s also hard-core pro-slavery, pro-rape, and hard-core anti-pork, shrimp, lobster, etc. (You’ve never had bacon in your life, have you?).
I’m also a Christian, Sarah.
Even bigger surprise. I’m not gay, and I think that gays are messed up and hosed, in a sad way.
That said, they are God’s children, and He did indeed make them that way. Either God is capricious and nasty, or lacks control, or… lets us choose. I prefer the third option. I don’t much like it, and don’t totally understand it, but I greatly prefer it to the others.
I genuinely believe you are misinterpreting this site, Sarah.

Sarah, Dick gets his cheap thrills from fighting with women on this site. It won’t matter what you say to get him to change his attitude, cause he simply won’t. Consider saving yourself the bother and aggravation.

Ok, who win the bet on this one.
The penis joke seems to be part of the “wimmin” armor as their concept of some type of insult.
So predictable and so boring.

I’m not gay either but I have gay friends and they definately don’t choose to be gay. There is a theory, based on a longitudinal study, that during the 3rd? trimester of pregnancy, when the foetus’s sexual organs are forming, an abnormal amount of sex hormones secreted, correlates with those children later preferring their own sex, sexually. If I find the study, I’ll post the link. It’s possibly been discredited, or further research may have been done since (this is going back nearly 10 years).
And CJ, there is only one of me, stop being paranoid.

If it’s been discredited, then it’s no longer a study, dumb fuck.

Female,
You will find that a very large percentage of people that choose same-sex relationships were sexually molested as children. So far, there is no hard evidence to suggest that homosexuality is indeed something one is born with. Even if they are born with it, it should be classified as an unhealthy abnormality.
The ’study’ you mentioned above should not even qualify as such, as it is only a theory which is not even based on verifiable facts.

It’s not a study at all. It’s just Female talking out her fat ass like usual. A study is done by doctors and scientists, not summed up by some crazed masochist.

On homosexuality and choice (at least this is more pertinent to this site than astrology, though only just), without a doubt there are people who “choose” to be gay (the studies Arielle cites are correct). There are people who choose to be promiscuous (hetero or homo). There are people who choose to practice bisexuality (that’s the ultimate in obvious choice), and there are people who choose to be straight.
That said, are there people who are not abused who appear to be strongly oriented towards homosexuality? Yes, some. Like you, I know a few.
Are they otherwise sensible and sane? Yep. Therefore, does it make sense to have homosexuality declared as a disorder/unhealthy abnormality as Arielle suggests? Probably not. (Sorry Arielle, though I do agree promiscuous homosexuality should be classified as a disorder — mind you ditto promiscuous heterosexuality, but the former appears far, far worse at least in terms of epidemiology without reference to morality).
Personally, I don’t much care what orientation an individual is; I do care that they don’t sleep around promiscuously spreading diseases. Speaking of the great mass of population (not individuals), I’d like most people to be heterosexual, because… guess what… that means we get to survive as the human race! I also believe that the opposites that are men and women — yin and yang — balance one another far more beautifully than yin and yin or yang and yang. The latter two are but a pale shadow of the beauty of a heterosexual relationship, and it’s a shame that some people should be denied that beauty for whatever reason.
